EVENT ORGANIZERS: USE THIS FORM TO SUBMIT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR UPCOMING EVENT FOR THE OFFICE.   PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR INFORMATION AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE - YOU SHOULD PLAN AHEAD TO ALLOW YOUR INFORMATION TO BE PUBLICIZED FOR AT LEAST TWO WEEKENDS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.   THE DEADLINE FOR INCLUSION IN THE BULLETIN IS WEDNESDAY NOON.

  • On rare occasions, your event may need to rescheduled or cancelled due to an overriding need of the church. 
  • After you submit your request, don't assume it is approved or received till you get conformation via email or phone
